    I've got a raq2 and have had no problems installing Perl 5.6.  The only
thing you need to do is instead of "sh Configure -de" is use "sh Configure"
and when it asks about where to store Perl components set it to "/usr"
instead of "/usr/local".  Everything else works fine thus far.
