As a rule when a .pkg update requires a reboot, and it will prompt you to "click
here" (or something) to reboot the server.
Then it puts up a line that reads something like "it will take a few minutes to
complete the reboot" (not the exact words)
And another line that reads something like "The connection will be lost, click
here to reconnect!
Yes OS3 includes all the previous updates so when you finish you should have
just the OS3 update installed.

And install it!
BTW, I just noticed in the "install software listings" that "POP-Authenticated
SMTP Relaying Release 1.2" is a hyperlink to some good information about the
package. "COOL" ;-)
