[cobalt-users] misdirected emails

Hi again,

Some of you RaQ users might have noticed some anomilies with emails between
domains. Its more common with emails like sales@ but mail is certainly being
misdirected every now and then. This is no good as a few customers are
getting a bit paranoid and understandably so. When I take a look at the To:
field it is a valid and working email account on the server but for some
reason ended up in another users inbox. Subsequent tests reveal no more
misdirects. So this problem seems fleeting and unpreditcatable. Does anyone
know what is happening here?
