Yes, just after the IP, host or domain name put ACCEPT, RELAY, 
REJECT or an error code and message after the whitespace.  For 
instance, I have something like:

mydomain.com		RELAY
spamhost.com		REJECT
spammer.com		550 We don't need no spam control.
friend.spammer.com	ACCEPT
