i have osupdate 3 installed, and users = 10, space allowed is 100, so that
shouldnt be a problem, i know there were issues with renaming sites and the
FPE wouldnt be 'migrated' over correctly (thats why i installed the updates)
but there are still problems.

Verify the amount of disk space required per user for the whole site. If I'm
not mistaken you should allocate at least 3 mb per user (that is "max number
of users" * 3 ) as the space limit for the site. This is only needed if you
don't have Cobalt's latest update installed.
