[cobalt-users] RaQ1 SMTP down

email server is not operating... is not collecting mail, the following 
error message was received from the server:

"The mail server appears to be down.  Within the Cobalt microserver
Control Panel, try turning mail service off and then on again to see
if this corrects the problem.  If not, try rebooting the microserver
itself.  If this still doesn't correct the problem, contact Cobalt
Technical Support at www.cobaltnet.com."

I have tried to both restarting and rebooting with no luck...... HELP 
PLEASE.....
