Thanks Steve.. no there was no references to mysql when I did rpm -qa |
sort and I didn;t notice there was a raq3 folder in that FTP directory so
I'm trying it again now..BINGO.. it worked :)
Next Q.. the RaQ2 instructions state:
The 5 required RPMs are as follows. Install them in the order listed.
MySQL-3.22.21-2C1.mips.rpm
MySQL-client-3.22.21-2C1.mips.rpm
MySQL-devel-3.22.21-2C1.mips.rpm
mod_php3-3.0.7-1C2.mips.rpm
mod_php3-doc-3.0.7-1C2.mips.rpm
So now I did the first.. (the proper file from the raq3 directory)
I see the -client and -devel files
then for php.. there are different ones listed in the raq3 directory:
mod_php-2.0.1-9.i386.rpm
mod_php3-3.0.7-4.i386.rpm
there is no -doc file.. should I be concerned about that?? there is no
readme in the raq3 directory:
ftp://ftp.cobaltnet.com/pub/experimental/raq3/

ftp://ftp.cobaltnet.com/pub/experimental/MySQL-3.22.21-2C1.mips.rpm
