What instructions?  I know of many different ways to configure DNS and many different
ways to screw it up.  Post the DNS records you created.

Do you control the primary and secondary DNS listed in whois for that domain name (NS
and NS2 .VETERANTECHNOLOGIES.COM)?  If not you need to make sure that whoever does
adds the records you created to those name servers.

That just tells the root name servers which name servers have the answers for the
location of that domain.  Those name servers in turn must have the correct DNS
configured.

Well, after all of that I checked www.perfectfamily.net.  And it points to the
default Cobalt page.  I recommed that you delete that page ASAP and at least replace
it with a blank page b/c you don't want to go out of your way to let the world know
what system you run on.  It makes it easier for hackers to choose an exploit to try
to hack into your system.
