Add 60 IP-based sites and watch your DNS die. Better yet, watch
your entire etc/named directory disappear. Not too mention the
new OS update bypasses the /etc/group settings (no more multiple
site admins). And don't enable bandwidth management; that could
crash your RaQ3/3i too. If you offer FrontPage, prepare to fork
over another 3MB per user now...

That's because they probably only have one RaQ3, someone else
is running their DNS, and they haven't had a chance to enable
any advanced features (DNS, bandwidth management, etc.).
Those of us who do, and who use RaQs on a daily basis, noticed
these problems _immediately_.
Cobalt now advises 'not to upgrade to OS3 unless absolutely
necessary'. Coincidence...?
