[cobalt-users] so many processes - raq3!!

Hi

anyone any idea whats happening on my raq3? it spirals up to 140 processes
with 139 sleeping and average load over 100!! but shows cpu at 98% idle.

could it be a cgi forking off httpd processes?? because if i do a process
check using ps auxw there is only a few processes listed and none to cgi's
etc just a couple to httpd - so don't even know what to kill!!
