[cobalt-users] DNS - nic handle problem

Hi
How or who do i contact to change a nic handle . here is my problem : I have
sever co.uk  domains all work ok (using my own dns on the raq3)
I have bought a com domain name but am unable to point it at my dns server
as the ip address already has a nic handle.
I have found out the ip i am using as my dns belonged to someone befor me
and was also there dns server ip address.
Any idea what to do ?
