Think of this how the server will see this. If the 1st user is a catchall then
it will never need to look for a second user, because the 1st user was delivered
to.
Add the catch-all to the last user and it should work.

Try searching the archives I believe this has been addressed. There may even be
a bug with the RAQ3.
