I think you need to tell the server to accept email for the domain
specifically (i.e. domain.com) in the email control panel, or if you're
using a RaQ3, be sure to check the option to accept email for domain in the
site settings (Site Management->Site->Site Settings). (This may apply to a
RaQ2, but I've never used one of those.)
