Does the user have a procmail recipe that could be forwarding the email and leaving a
copy on the server?
Check for the existence of a .procmailrc file in the user's directory or a .procmail
directory in the same location.  If it's not a line in one of your alias files (if
you have more than the standard /etc/aliases installed), a .forward, or procmail
related I can't think of anything else offhand.
