I would suggest not going with fivelamps.net

I got a best ping of 222ms, average 633, worst 1346 over the course of 10
pings.  I confirmed this result from a different route.  Much of the
problems occur on the digex.net backbone, which they appear to get their
bandwdith from.  Needless to say, not very impressive.  I don't think that
they have any private peering agreements with anyone else, because from
multiple networks I get the same route.

I am getting a ping of 63/83/227 to Internap to give you a benchmark.
