Hello,

Has anyone in the UK got any recommendations for colocation facilities in
the UK?

We currently have one of our servers with Webfusion and from our evidence
their service is simply crap.

We have documented evidence of terrible ping rates to their facility
(averaging 200+ ms) compared to one of our other servers with a different
colo partner of 28ms. This to us is simply unacceptable. When we were colo'd
in the USA we got ping rates averaging 150 at worst. Webfusion seems to be
at around 400ms *very* often.

I'm fed-up complaining to them and being completely ignored. It's such
shoddy business practice when they won't even acknowledge our complaint
never mind actively investigating and remedying the problem.

So, if anyone has any recommendations (we want a seperate NOC to our "good"
colo partner), then can you let us know so that we can move from this
useless lot.
