my 2 cents, i spent 4 hours configuring this silly package after
installing it just to get it to a point i considered 'reasonably
functional', i'm still not totally happy with it....
(and i've spent s fair amount of time fiddling with apache before this,
pity anyone trying to set this up for the first time who hasn't configured
a web server from scratch, as fart as i can tell, cobalt took the standard
redhat/ssl package, changed the install directory's a but and glued it
back together)
