There is actually. Just add the site as usual, and upload your files.

Then edit the C:\WINDOWS\HOSTS file on your local pc (assuming you run
Windows; on Unixoid system the same file is called /etc/hosts). Add a
line containing the ip-address in question and the domainname that it
should eventually respond for.

Now you can open your Netscape (or Internet Explorer) and type in the
domainname. It should show the correct page in your browser window.
