This is very informative, as it indicates that when you have less than a 'C'
class network ""Classless in-addr.arpa", then your ISP may not be following RFC
2317 to the letter.
"Mr. DNS (from the above link) recommends you check out the draft (RFC 2317) and
ask your ISP if they're following it.
I am in the same kind of a situation, my PTR records do not work either!!! And,
until you started this I did not realize that my Reverse-Lookup didn't work!
