[cobalt-users] Folder no longer available

Hello,
   Thanks for the previous help all, got a new one!  btw Happy 4th

Currently when our customers FTP into their website, they are no
longer able to access the folder which actually allows them to manipulate
their website.

The customer can no longer tunnel up to the web directroy e.g.
/web
now they are at the other slash web (does that make sense?
or were we the only ones that experienced that)

Any assistance would be appreciated, its some type of
permission issue I guess.
