[cobalt-users] Change templates question.. (newbie.-)

Hi list!

I´m feel myself an stupid, but I don´t know how to upload files using
telnet:-(
I want to change the index.html templates
(etc/skel/group/en_US/web/index.html)
I´m connect by telnet, su (root), but I can´t upload  files:-(
I´m type at prompt:
put c:\folder\folder2\index.html (in the directory :
etc/skel/group/en_US/web/) and I can´t:-(

Somebody can help me ?
