The easiest way would be to create screen snapshots.  That's not really what you
asked though.  I'd say the next easiest way would be to have a RaQ that you don't
want to use the GUI for anymore and hack the GUI code to disable or rewrite all of
the code that can cause you problems.  You may be able to create a second copy of the
GUI on the same server and run it on a different port, but I'm just speculating.
