We can meet that deal that he gives no problem. The lease that we run on the
equipment goes through a reputable leaseing company and they have the deal
on the equipment. It is a great deal because you have a contract upfront but
you do have to write 2 checks each month.... one to them and one to us.

Did you pay up front, which is all he offers on his site now? Or some
other plan?

I can certainly match (probably beat) his current prices for colocation
when my colo room gets finished, but I won't rent out systems; I don't
want the upfront cash outlay.
