[cobalt-users] Qube2 with locks in subsys generated by admserv and httpd initialization

I have a problem with the webserver on my cobalt Qube2. I am unable to
acces either the public webserver or the admserver. I have determined
this is due to the generation of lock files when either of the systems
is initialized. I was wandering if anybody knows what could cause the
webserver to create the lock files.
