You're very welcome. I'm not sure what causes the behaviour, but I experienced it as well the first time I installed a cert. Please note that EVERY time you install a cert from a CA, you will have to restart the entire server, otherwise it will continue to give out the locally generated cert. I believe I called Cobalt and was told that this was a bug and that they were working on a fix, but who knows how long THAT will take. :-)
