As much as you can afford, you never know what you might need in 12 months.
That said, I've had a RaQ3 for five months, 64mb, average 16GB/month with
around thirty plain vanilla webs and sixty or seventy users and a handful of
CGI scripts, and it never breaks a sweat; I think it could easily handle
double the load before it would require additional RAM. But again, if I had
had a choice when purchasing the unit I would have gone to at least 128mb.
