RAID only protects you against hard drive failure, and while it's
certainly a great feature to have by providing a redundant data
backup, it doesn't provide any redundancy for server failure.
With Cobalt's StaQware you can cluster two low-end RaQ3i's for
under $5000USD, which is fairly reasonable. When the RaQ4s come
out with the built-in level 1 RAID, you could run two of these
in tandem to provide load balancing and mirroring.
