[cobalt-users] Reply to Clayton McGow's complaint

Hello All ...

I am not sure if Mr. McGow really did not get the e-mails from EZZI Support - but regardless, we would like to clarify our position with COBALT:

Mr. McGow's server was shipped out to him on June 23, 2000 (PRIOR to his series of frantic e-mails and allegations) via UPS - tracking # 1ZE4476E0341896471 - which UPS shows as being in transit ...

We have nothing against Mr. McGow - he was never a problem client - always paid his bills on time, and a pleasant person to deal with - and I apologize on behalf of EZZI that he was caused this frustration ...

Sincerely,

Ali Dhoon
