Hi Michael,
I had the same problem.
Login to your RAQ3 and become a super user.
Then restart the Apache web server manually by executing the following command.
/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd.init restart
Then clear cache of your local web browser.
Then try your secure domain, I hope you will get the positive result.
