Do you mean you're going to put ns1.domain.com and ns2.domain.com on the
same system? I presume you're aware of how bad an idea this is, right?
You need one IP# for each nameserver.
To configure the RaQ3 to answer on those IP#s, you just use the IP#s for
a site on the system.
If you've got a bunch of sites on the RaQ3 and they already use their
own IP#s, it's easy, just give the nameservers IP#s that are already
used on the RaQ.
If you've got a bunch of sites on the RaQ3 but they all use the same
IP#, then get more IP#s from your colo or ISP, and change some sites to
use them.
If you don't have enough sites on your RaQ to do it this way, then
create dummy sites, without any DNS pointing to them.
For example, ns1.dummysite.com and ns2.dummysite.com. Yes you can have
two separate sites like this, and they won't be visible to the outside
world (except by typing the IP# directly into the browser) but then you
can run the nameservers.
Do NOT create the sites with the same names as the nameservers, unless
you want people to see them if they type the names of the nameservers
into the browser.
This sounds like overkill, but it's the only way I know of to get the
RaQ to answer to an IP# by using the gui.
