[cobalt-users] Sending mail via dial-up; relaying denied?

This is probably a stupid question, but if a local user wants to send email to any domain outside our office, they get a message saying relaying is denied. I had thought that relaying only applied if a remote user wanted to send email through our server. Do I need to install the POP before SMTP pkg to solve this problem, or do I have something else wrong?

Thanks in advance!
