[cobalt-users] RAQ3 No Transport Provider

Hello all,

Here is the situation.  Our old mail server is managed by BellSouth and uses
username@xxxxxxxxxxxxx for emails. I manage a Raq3 with username@xxxxxxxxxx
for emails.  We are slowly transitioning our users from fastcotpi.com to
fastco.com.  As we bring each user into our system we change their account
on the fastcotpi.com server to forward email to fastco.com.  I have checked
the RaqWide email log and there is no evidence of the original message that
caused the error shown below being sent or the error message email itself
being sent.  My site email log ends at 7 am local time this morning and I
don't believe I will be able to see that activity until the tomorrow
morning.  Each of the display name addresses below are actually
username@xxxxxxxxxxxxx addresses that usually forward to the appropriate
fastco.com address.  I have talked to BellSouth and they say the messages
never went through their server either.  The real stumper for me is that
this is an intermittent problem.  Many times I will go to the end user and
try to duplicate the error only to have all work well.  Any guidance would
be greatly appreciated.
