Webalizer itself is free.  I've installed and use both 1.30x and 2.00x on RaQs and
other servers.  I believe Jens has written a program to install and configure
Webalizer on the RaQs for hosted virtual sites and that the license was for that
program, not Webalizer itself.  I also have written a similar program and am
available to install and configure it, Webalizer, and the libraries and programs
needed to run Webalizer on RaQs.
