[cobalt-users] FrontPage Extensions

Ok..I've looked through the archives, and the cobalt site, and nothing
matches.

Am I missing something here?

I've checked the tick box for FrontPage Extensions, and I get nothing.  I
try to enable a user, and I get "root web must be first created in Site
Settings"  Well, that's been done, so what am I missing here???  This
appears to be a bug to me.  It just doesn't work, period.

Can anyone help here?
