I hope someone will be kind enough to assist me. I have been through the
archives, but have not found any clear answers as of yet.

Background:

Direct yearly costs of $1324 yr. hosting costs(minus ISP costs of $540
yr.)with only 103megs of space total.

Affiliate with BulkRegister.com 

Would like to host 15-25 small business/personal websites separate from my
own.

Questions

1. Would having my own Cobalt RaQ2 be better than leasing a RaQ?
2. Any quick suggestions on what I should be looking for?
3. Any resources would be appreciated.
