[cobalt-users] Register a DSN

Can somebody explain the process to register a DSN server.
I just tried to do it and they replied with this

I have a brand new RAQ3 that I just set up. I register ns1.mydomain.com and
ns2.mydomain.com.
with Network Solutions and then I registered mydomain.com using this as my
name server. Is this how it is done or do I have to register mydomain.com
first using some other name server and then register my name servers. This
is confusing and I can not seam to find any information on it.

As far as I know nothing has been registered. I asked Network Solutions what
they meant by the paragraph above because I am the admin and the tech
contact. Could somebody please tell me what I am doing wrong.
