Depends on the "mention" in the Spam. If it's specifically advertising your
site or, as in some Spam pretending to be a newsletter, if it mentions your
site as a resource. I've seen spammed newsletters with links to Yahoo, but
Yahoo didn't send it or encourage it.
If you host the "spamvertised" domain and don't take action against your
customer, then you could be placed in the RBL for providing "Spam support
services."
