[cobalt-users] Hacker Mischief - Any ideas???

In the adm_error file on my Raq, I'm seeing the following message 
frequently from different IPs. Any ideas on what someone is
trying to do or how to stop them?

Here's the message:

[Thu Jun 22 05:34:42 2000] [error] (2)No such file or directory:
access to /cgi-bin/.cobalt/profileMod/profileMod.cgi failed for
202.138.149.177, reason: User not known to the underlying
authentication module


Today when this happened and one other time about 10 days ago, it
actually stopped all services: htp, ftp, telnet, server
management, everything! The Raq had to be rebooted to get it back
online.
