[cobalt-users] [qube-users] Qube2 forever "Stating up"

I have this situation:

1) switch on the qube2
2) background of first line of lcd flashes for several minutes
3) sometimes a cursor apears for a second
4) background of first line of lcd flashes for several minutes
5) sometimes "Starting up..." apears 1sec-2min
6) background of first line of lcd flashes for several minutes
...
needless to say it won't boot!

What can I do/check?

First things that comes into my minds are:

1) damn!
2) hard-disk?
3) power-supply?

any ideas/help?
