[cobalt-users] MSN SMTP Mail

We have all our customers use their ISPs to send mail  We have a user who
has MSN and he says none of his mail arrives to its designation, it doesn't
even bounce. Does MSN only allow there mail to be sent through their
servers?. I have other customers who use MSN and they don't have any
problems.
