You may be in luck then. I'm sorry I am not familiar with the Cobalt family
of servers. But if it is an i386 processor and is running Linux kernel 2.2
then you may be in luck.
I suggest trying out the free version of the RealServer. You can download
that here: http://proforma.real.com/rn/servers/basic/index.html
To install the RealServer on Linux first download the .bin file. Then be
sure that you are logged in as “root”. Then give it execute
permissions.
chmod 775 g2_7_0gold-linux-c6.bin (or whatever the filename is)
Then run it by typing:
../g2_7_0gold-linux-c6.bin
That will take you through the installation. The usual place to install the
RealServer is to /usr/local/rmserver.
