[cobalt-users] User not Privlidged.

User not Privlidged. is the error I am getting when trying to access a cgi
script from my Raq3.   What would cause this error?   I have made the script
executable and it is has the correct GID.   The site is CGI enabled.   I can
execute the script when I telnet in as root, but I cannot get it to execute
from the web.   You can see this error at www.zubox.com/cgi/textclock.cgi
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
