[cobalt-users] File transfer

Pardon the ignorance but, how do I upload the Update file using telnet
logged in as root? or better yet, Can I log in as root using an FTP program
to complete the task?

I've tried uploading the update via CuteFTP as admin but it won't let me do
it.
