If your Raq is currently co-located, I would not host it on a Cable modem.
As I have said in the past, it makes little sense for most companies not to
co-locate.  On a cable connection, you probably won't have the power
protection (short and long-term), fire suppression, climate control,
redundate routers, redundate routes--all of which should be provided at a
half-decent data-center.

You could certainly configure a Raq to act as a router, but I wouldn't.  I
would get a firewall or another machine to do this.  Or even a real router.
