[cobalt-users] Raq3 Update

Could someone help me install the latest Raq update?, I don't feel very
confident yet as to do it myself. I've had my Raq3 for about 3 months and I
haven't done any  changes to it, except for the normal GUI configurable
parameters.
 I would really appreciate some help from an expert member from this list,
I know there's many. Please send me more details off-list, including the
charges, if any. As well as the risks, advantages/disadvantages of the
update.
