[cobalt-users] User not privileged

I am trying to run a script from my Raq3i and getting the following error:

CGIWrap Error.....
User not Privileged.

Real live error message at:  www.zubox.com/cgiwrapDir/cgiwrap/textclock.cgi


What would cause this and how can I remedy the problem?   CGI is enabled.
The script is executable.
