do you use a dialup account to connect to your raq or is the raq itself
connected to the web via dialup ?

if the raq is connected on a dedicated line, go to the shell and use
"wget" to receive the file first. then use the methods described in the
threads some days ago, gui or command line (search the archive for
"update").
