This isn't *exactly* what you were asking for, but Endymion Corporation
( http://www.endymion.com ) has a great CGI app called MailMan that allows
web-based access to POP email. I've got it installed on the server I
administer (not a Raq yet... we're getting ready to port everything in
mid-July.) It's pretty simple to install, and I did it entirely remotely,
so I should think it will work fine on the Raq. It should then be a
simple matter to edit the HTML for the Cobalt web-based customer admin page
and add a link to the MailMan page.
I have no connection to Endymion, other than being a satisfied
user. They're a tiny company, and I like to support small companies with
good products.
Hope this helps.
