Yes, *IF* the Miva Empresa engine is (or will be) installed properly first.

My suggestion would be to get everything working on the new server using
dummy info for the store first.  Once it's all up and working, then try
transferring your Merchant files.  Don't forget to make a backup of the
working Merchant setup on the new server setup *BEFORE* transferring your
original info.  That way if something goes wrong, you can always restore to
a working backup.
