You can querie Majodomo for users. It is loaded not to allow this but you
can change the setting in the config file to allow this. It is covered in
the "help" file; just send a help message to your list. As for a digest, I'm
not really sure but it does do archives which could be set up as a digest;
see previously mention help message.

Is there a Majordomo pkg that will give my users more functionality?
My list users was to be able to query Majordomo for members and get the mail
as a digest.
